Many thanks to the Academy for Educational Development (AED) in Washington, DC and CEC Artslink in New York as well as Open World program and NEA for helping WMFC bring DRAGO Ensemble from Russia for cultural exchange and to teach and perform at our festival!
This delegation's visit was made possible and was funded through 2008 Cultural Leaders Grant under the Open World program administered by the Open World Leadership Center at the U.S. Library of Congress. Support for the cultural program is provided through partnership and funding from the National Endowment for the Arts.

This year's Evening Party featured Drago Ensemble, Silk Road Dance Company, Kardelen Turkish Dance Ensemble, Nomad, The Vardo Sisters, Harris Brothers and Seido Salifoski's Romski Boji!
